Welcome to Christ Advent Radio, a digital radio platform dedicated to broadcasting religious messages that are safe for all audiences. This Privacy Policy describes how Christ Advent Radio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you (“user”, “you”, or “your”) through our mobile application (the “App”).

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Device Information: We collect information about the mobile device you use to access our App, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Information: We collect information about how you use our App, including your access times, the content you listen to, and the frequency of your use.
• Log Information: When you use our App, we automatically collect log information, including your IP address, access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, and the app crashes.

How We Use Information

The information we collect allows us to:

Your Choices

You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but that may result in you being unable to use certain features of our App because such information may be required in order for you to register as a user; participate in a contest, promotion, survey, or sweepstakes; ask a question; or initiate other transactions on our App.

Children’s Privacy

Christ Advent Radio is committed to protecting the privacy of children. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian.

Additional Information for Radio Stream and Mobile Apps

When connecting to our radio stream, your IP address will be sent to our radio service provider in order for us to track listening trends and provide licensing bodies with royalty reports. Once our service provider receives your IP it is immediately anonymised, deleted and becomes untraceable. This data is never sold on or passed to other companies.

For iOS Apps

The Christ Advent Radio iOS App does not collect any user data when installed or launched on your device.

For Android Apps

The Christ Advent Radio Android App does not collect any user data during use. In order to provide audio control during Phone App use, the App will monitor the ‘state’ of the phone App (Idle, in call, call ended) if applicable on your device. At no point will the App be able to listen in or derive phone numbers or data. The Android App also requires access to local storage. This is to store its configuration for faster launch times.
